I trained as a journalist on the now defunct South Bucks Star Series, part of the Bucks Free Press in High Wycombe. I then worked at the Portsmouth Evening News and from there freelanced for many different organisations from news organisations, including the Mail on Sunday to companies such as Inmarsat, and Bupa and public organisations such as the Department of Health and the Post Office.

My articles have been published in a diverse range of publications including The Telegraph, The Independent, Daily Mail, Mail on Sunday, BMJ, Spirit and Destiny and for companies and organisations such as CBRE, Iceland, Rolls-Royce and City University.

Here are some of my published stories.
